Who Can Shop With Us

You should be at least 16 years old to place an order on our website. If you're younger than that, an order should be made with a parent or guardian's involvement.

Your Account & Order Details

When you place an order, you're responsible for entering accurate information  your name, contact number, delivery address, and payment details. Incorrect details may delay your order or cause delivery issues, and Stepelle won't be held responsible for problems arising from information errors on your end.

Product Listings

We try our best to keep product photos, descriptions, and pricing accurate and up to date. That said:

• Shoe colors may look slightly different in person due to lighting and screen settings.

• Sizing is based on standard charts; we recommend checking our size guide before ordering.

• Occasional listing errors (pricing, stock, description) may happen  if this affects your order, our team will reach out to resolve it fairly before processing.

Payments

We currently accept Cash on Delivery and secure online payment methods. All online transactions are encrypted and processed through trusted payment gateways — we never store your card or banking details on our systems.

Shipping

Orders are typically dispatched within a few working days. Delivery timelines depend on your city and are shown at checkout. Once your order ships, you'll be notified with tracking details (where applicable).

Exchanges Instead of Refunds

Stepelle does not process cash refunds. If you receive the wrong size, or simply want a different size or variant, we offer a straightforward exchange process. Full details  including timelines and applicable charges  are available on our Return & Exchange Policy page.

Faulty or Defective Items

Got a shoe with a genuine manufacturing issue  like a loose heel, faulty stitching, or a broken buckle? Let us know within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a quick photo or video. Verified defects are replaced at no cost to you. Full conditions are listed on our Return & Exchange Policy page.

Our Content Belongs to Us

Everything on this website  photography, product write-ups, branding, logo, and design — belongs to Stepelle Footwear. Copying, reposting, or commercially reusing any of it without our written permission isn't allowed.

Fair Use of Our Website

We ask that you don't misuse our website  this includes attempting to hack, overload, spam, or interfere with how the site functions for other shoppers.

No Guarantees, Within Reason

We work hard to keep this website accurate and running smoothly, but we can't promise it'll be 100% error-free or uninterrupted at all times. Stepelle isn't liable for indirect losses or damages that may result from using our site or products beyond what's reasonably expected from an online footwear store.
