Shipping Policy | Stepelle Footwear

At Stepelle, we want your new pair of shoes to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your orders.

Where We Deliver

Right now, Stepelle delivers exclusively within Karachi. We're working on expanding to other cities soon  stay tuned for updates.

Order Processing

Once your order is confirmed, our team gets to work preparing it for dispatch. You'll receive a confirmation message once your order is placed, followed by an update once it's handed over to our delivery rider/courier.

Delivery Timeframe

We aim to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible  most orders are delivered well within a few days. That said, we keep a maximum delivery window of 8–10 days, which accounts for any unexpected courier-side delays.

If a delay does happen on the courier's end, we won't leave you wondering we'll proactively reach out and let you know exactly what's causing the delay, so you're always in the loop.

Order Updates

You'll be kept informed at key stages of your order, including:

  • Order confirmation

  • Dispatch notification

  • Any delay updates (if applicable), along with the reason

Accurate Address & Contact Details

To avoid delivery issues, please make sure your address, area, and phone number are correct and complete at checkout. Stepelle is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

Delivery Attempts

Our rider will attempt delivery based on the contact details provided. If you're unavailable or unreachable, please get in touch with us so we can reschedule the delivery smoothly.

Damaged or Tampered Package

If your parcel arrives damaged, opened, or looks tampered with:

  • Please do not accept the package.

  • Contact us immediately with photos or a short video of the parcel.

  • Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement for you.

Courier-Related Delays

We hand over every order to a reliable rider/courier service to ensure safe and timely delivery. However, in rare cases, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or operational issues on the courier's side. While this is beyond our direct control, we stay actively in touch with the courier and keep you updated until your parcel reaches you.

Payments

We are only responsible for payments made through our official checkout (Cash on Delivery or our verified online payment methods). Stepelle is not responsible for any payment made directly to a rider or individual outside of our official order process.

Stepelle Footwear کی شپنگ پالیسی:

  • ابھی صرف کراچی کے اندر ڈیلیوری دی جا رہی ہے۔

  • آرڈر کنفرم ہونے کے بعد تیار کیا جاتا ہے اور رائیڈر/کوریئر کے حوالے کیا جاتا ہے۔

  • ڈیلیوری کا زیادہ سے زیادہ وقت 8 سے 10 دن ہے، تاکہ کسی بھی کوریئر کی طرف سے تاخیر کی صورت میں بھی آپ کا پارسل بروقت پہنچ سکے۔

  • اگر کوریئر کی طرف سے کوئی تاخیر ہو جائے تو ہم آپ کو فوری طور پر بتائیں گے کہ تاخیر کی وجہ کیا ہے۔

  • ایڈریس اور فون نمبر درست دینا ضروری ہے، ورنہ ڈیلیوری میں مسئلہ ہو سکتا ہے۔

  • اگر پارسل خراب یا کھلا ہوا ملے تو وصول نہ کریں اور فوری طور پر تصویر/ویڈیو کے ساتھ ہم سے رابطہ کریں۔

  • ہم صرف اپنے آفیشل آرڈر سسٹم (Cash on Delivery یا آنلائن پیمنٹ) کے ذریعے کی گئی پیمنٹ کے ذمہ دار ہیں۔
