At Stepelle, we want every step you take in our shoes to feel right. If something doesn't fit the way it should, we've made the exchange process simple, fast, and fair.

Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on any order. Instead, we offer a smooth, hassle-free exchange so you always walk away with the right fit.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition same as the way it was delivered to you, including original packaging, box, and tags.

  • Exchange requests for size issues, color preference, or change of mind can be made within the 3-day window.

Manufacturing Defect

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (such as a damaged heel, loose heel attachment, broken buckle, faulty stitching, or any other production issue), please report it to us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

Once our team verifies the issue, we will gladly replace the product at no additional cost.

Please Note: Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.

Exchange Charges

  • A delivery charge of Rs. 200 applies on all size/preference-based exchanges, payable by the customer.
